Traci is a partner at Ryan & Wetmore, P.C. and works with clients across the firm’s offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic. She advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of tax, accounting, and consulting matters, with a focus on practical guidance, responsive service, and long-term client relationships.
Traci works closely with small and medium-sized business owners on individual and corporate tax compliance, accounting matters, and business advisory needs. Her experience also includes international tax issues and employee-related tax matters, helping clients navigate complex requirements with clarity and confidence.
In addition to her client work, Traci oversees the firm’s Client Accounting Services (CAS) and tax teams, supporting service quality, team development, and a thoughtful approach to meeting client needs.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Mary’s University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
