5. Policy for evaluation for participation in a joint venture (if applicable)
6. How the organization intends to review its Form 990
7. How the organization intends to make its Form 990 available to the
public (either on a website or on request)
In addition, not-for-profit
organizations should have written documentation of meetings (board, executive
