Using a secure connection, we can offer you 24x7remote access to one of two levels of computerized accounting packages. We offer access to QuickBooks® and other accounting packages. The software and your data are accessed via the Internet or a telephone line from your computer system*.

We offer our QuickBooks® software for the client who needs remote access to their accounting system but does not want the restrictions of QuickBooks® for the Web product by Intuit, Inc.

We take care of all software updates and provide training and support. The client maintains full control over their accounting data and report printing. Clients have as much flexibility as they desire with the bookkeeping functions; our involvement is decided by the client. Because the data file is remotely hosted on our servers, the client also has the added benefit of knowing their data is safely backed up at a location off-site from their headquarters.

Our service packages are customizable to your specific needs. The following is a sample list of services that can be bundled as part of the remotely hosted package:
