Danielle J. Gallo, CPA
Danielle is a Senior Manager based in our Bethesda, MD office. With over 25 years of experience, she provides a variety of tax services to corporations, trusts, partnerships and high net worth individual including income tax planning, tax return preparation, review, assistance with foreign tax issues and IRS correspondence and representation. She is also involved in compilation engagements.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle served as the controller for a large established physician group where she maintained the company’s general ledger, prepared quarterly consolidated statements, prepared related party partnership and joint venture tax returns and FTE reports. In addition, she was responsible for supervising payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintained vendor relations. Prior to her controllership position, Danielle also spent five years working for a public accounting firm in the District of Columbia, where she focused predominately on tax return review.
Danielle obtained her Bachelors of Accounting from Catholic University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and was a member of the International Honor Society, Pi Gamma Mu. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), AICPA Women in the Profession, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and holds a CGMA, Chartered Global Management Accountant, designation.
Tessa is a Senior Manager at Ryan and Wetmore. Tessa has over 20 years of experience serving and advising businesses in all phases of the organizational life cycle. Her experiences range from traditional accounting and tax services to complex consulting services, including business planning, financial budgets and projections, benchmarking and financial trends, M&A support and analytics, internal controls assessment, development of best business practices, and financial training for top management levels. Tessa has led corporate accounting and regional internal audit departments for large international and U.S. publicly traded companies in the homebuilding and manufacturing industries. Her industry expertise includes government contracting, construction, technology, and employee benefit plans.
Tessa has served as an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University, teaching financial accounting and intermediate financial accounting to undergraduate students. She earned an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.S. degree in biological sciences from Purdue University. She worked in the biotechnology industry for 10 years prior to her career as a CPA. Tessa also serves on the Accounting Advisory Council at George Washington University’s School of Business.
Bethany Bouw, CPA
Bethany Bouw is a Manager at Ryan & Wetmore and is based out of our Bethesda office. Bethany focuses on providing tax services for individuals, corporations, and partnerships particularly related to foreign compliance and trust taxation. With the firm since 2009, she has become an expert in offshore voluntary compliance and assisting taxpayers with foreign asset and entity reporting requirements.
Bethany obtained a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Messiah College. She is an active member of the American Institute of CPA’s – Tax Practice Section and the Greater Washington Society of CPA’s. Bethany is also on the Women’s Leadership Committee with the GWSCPA and is taking part in their Margaret DeBoe Leadership Program.
Jason Dudas, CPA
Jason is a Manager in our Vienna, VA office. Since joining the firm in 2009, he has worked closely with clients on tax, audit and accounting issues. Jason has become an expert in construction accounting and is a member of the Real Estate and Construction CPA’s. He also has experience with research and development credits, and tangible property regulations.
Jason obtained his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Grove City College, in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 2017 he was also selected as a rising leader in the accounting profession by the Greater Washington Society of CPA’s.
Chloe Parker, CPA, MBA
Chloe Parker is a Manager at Ryan & Wetmore. Since joining the firm in 2011, Chloe has specialized in working with entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and accurately account for their transactions. Chloe leads the assurance team at Ryan & Wetmore and works closely with clients in the construction, manufacturing, and professional services industries. Active in the community, Chloe serves as the chairperson of the Greater Washington Society of CPA’s Young and Emerging Accounting sections and recently received a leadership award for her work.
Chloe obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grove City College and a Masters of Business Administration for the University of Maryland.
